When will my order ship/arrive?

All orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 1-3 days of being placed. Depending on where you live, your order will arrive within 3-5 days of being shipped.
Why does my product look different from a previous order?

Each item on Wadadli Apothecary is handcrafted in small batches, so there will be slight color variations.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Each product is formulated to be safe for most skin types, but not all ingredients agree with everyone's skin. Doing a patch test on your skin is important to ensure that any product is right for you. If you feel any discomfort, stop using the product, rinse it off with cool water, and seek advice from a dermatologist.
Do you make custom items?

Yes. For custom items, please fill out the contact form with a detailed description of what you would like and when you need to receive it. For soaps, the processing time is 6 weeks and all other items will take 3 weeks.
